Advocacy is the cornerstone of our business. We work WITH the customer to solve their issues. We advocate for the customer both financially (advise on what to do with planning their budget, repairs, and maintenance) as well as physically (assisting with their transportation by providing shuttle rides or scheduling a free loaner vehicle). We advocate for our team and each of the individual members.
