In Pennsylvania the sticker on your front windshield indicates when you need to have your inspection completed. In this example of 6/17 the "PA inspection" needs to be completed by 6/31/17. You can have this completed as early as 4/1/17. There is a 90 day window prior to the expiration date that you can complete the "inspection". There is NO grace period in PA. If you drive when your car has expired inspection you could be subject to a fine from the police.
