Every qualifying visit earns rewards that can be used toward future services, making it even easier to keep your vehicle safe, reliable, and ready for the road.

How do I look up my rewards balance?
It’s easy! Enter your phone number in the Rewards Balance Lookup tool above.
After looking up your rewards, click “View My Benefits” to access your customer rewards portal.
How do I earn rewards?
You earn 3% back on qualifying parts and labor purchases every time you visit Frank’s Servicenter. Rewards are automatically added to your account after your visit.
How do referrals work?
After looking up your rewards, click “View My Benefits.”
From there, you can send referral gift cards directly to friends and family.
When someone you refer completes their first qualifying visit:
- You earn $20 in rewards
- They receive a $10 Gift Card toward their first qualifying visit
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?
No. There is no limit to the amount of rewards you can earn on a qualifying visit.
Is there a limit to my rewards balance?
No. Your rewards balance can continue to grow as you continue visiting Frank’s Servicenter.
Do rewards expire?
Rewards expire only after 12 months of inactivity. Every qualifying visit resets the expiration period.
Can I transfer my rewards?
Yes. Rewards may be transferred to friends or family. Simply contact Frank’s Servicenter and we’ll be happy to help.
Can rewards be combined with other offers?
Some offers may be combined while others may not. Your service advisor will help you determine which option provides the greatest value.
Are business and fleet accounts eligible?
Business and fleet accounts are not eligible to participate in the Frank’s Servicenter Rewards Program.
How do I join?
Membership is automatic after your first qualifying visit.
Will I receive messages about my rewards?
Yes. From time to time we’ll send updates about your rewards balance, special offers, and referral rewards.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
