How has your previous experience prepared you for this role?
Vehicles and automotive technology have changed significantly since I entered the industry in 1983. I have continued learning and keeping up with those changes throughout my career.
How do you approach helping customers with their vehicles?
I work on every customer’s vehicle as if I were working on one of my own.
What makes you unique in how you perform your job?
After 43 years in the industry, I take pride in working cleanly and meticulously. My goal is to fix vehicles correctly the first time and make sure they stay fixed.
